"My association with the firm started about 2 years back when I first met Mukund who at time was working on some warehouse projects in Rajasthan. We had at that time invited few other Architect firms to suggest us the Master Plan and layout of our new Greenfield Port facility being developed at Jaigad near Ratnagiri in Maharashtra. We were keen to have an advisor who was willing to bend his back and also spend required time with us invariably the green field projects undergo changes during execution as the requirements do change during the project cycle time. Mukund through his earlier sectoral knowledge did provide us some inputs which will go long way in ensuring effective and efficient cargo movement and back up area activity at this new Angre Port at Jaigad. The 300 acres site has few physical challenges and hence suggesting cost effective schme that can be executed accordingly was definitely a challenge and Mukund with his team did not let us down. It may not be out of place to say that they not only limited their involvement/ participation in their area of expertise but also played team role during brain storming sessions at the beginning of project activity.
